X-Cut

The secrets of this skill have, for many, many years, been lost to the ages, having been known only to various monsters throughout the land. Recently, however, several diligent warriors, well versed in both the martial and arcane arts, were able to once more master this powerful skill.

X-Cut is the final skill in the progression began by Slash, and is initiated with the same command. In addition to the extra hits provided by Double slash and Cross slash, X-Cut provides a chance to unleash a fourth attack, which is significantly stronger than any of the three before it.

Only a Rune Knight, after having reached the pinnacle of their training, can master the secrets of X-Cut.
