Steal
From IvaPedia
The art of theft is one viewed with varying degrees of acceptance by many cultures. Many consider it outright wrong and immoral to steal. Others may view it as a legit source of income. Some even view it as a necessary act...especially those who have to resort to it to stay alive. However, in combat, a highly skilled rogue can take more than gold or possessions from their foe...They can rob them of their sight...their magical skill...their spirit...even magical enhancements!
Syntax: steal <skill> victim
The steal ability allows rogues to steal a number of things from their enemy, from money to sight and magic and even their souls. Steals are learned by rogues by leveling up. Some steals can only be used outside of combat, and will usually initiate combat if you fail.
