The ancient city of Solace is home to technology and magic dating back before the birth of even the earliest legends. The city is hidden under an island at the heart of the world sea. Hidden away for ages, it remained almost completely undisturbed even by the tribulation that sundered the rest of Ivalice. The many secrets hidden within this ancient city are slowly being uncovered as the citizens of Ivalice begin to settle into their new home.
Solace is difficult to miss, being both the recall point and at the center of the World Map.
The sea ships Radiant Crest, Siren's Call and Sea Sprite, and the airships Heaven's Might and Skyhammer all stop at Solace.
