Revive

After many years of effort and dedication White, Black and Red mages have learned to revive dead shards of materia with their magics. As great as this sounds, only their spells of level 40 or lower can be used. There are several drawbacks to this skill. This uses to great deal of a mage power as a result their casting abilites will receive a minor penalty. If the mage fails, the dead shard of materia will be destroyed leaving the caster with nothing.
