Necropolis

The city of the undead. Necromancers rule this city with there undead army. They have reanimated thousands to do there bidding. In the Necropolis there are shops. Those of the undead roam to city freely. It is appropriate for levels 150-300. It can be found in the beginning of the Forest Graves, just a little bit north.
