Manishi Ocean

For those level 40 or higher, the ocean is not for unexperienced travelers. Many adventures await those that are brave enough to explore the ocean. After Junon finally removed it's blockades of the bay access to the ocean is now open. Be wary of the dangerous storms, the ocean is not the safest of places to travel. Across it's wide expanse is the town of Costa Del Sol, whom has apparently blocked off it's own harbor in response to Junon's previous actions.
