Dragon kai

This dangerous kai invokes the power of the almighty dragons, and makes the Mystic use one of their powerful breath attacks on his enemy. He cannot control which one to use, however, and the fact that some of them are area attacks should be kept in mind when trying this. It is however the only elemental kai a Mystic can harness, and a quite powerful one at that.
