Since the Changes Log in the game is getting rather full, I will post the vast majority of them here, and reset the log online. Pay no attention to the numbers - They are from in-game and have not been removed here.

[14] 03/11/05 Added an 'IC' Flag. While In character, you will not

nextg to your name on the who . Dont' use it unless
you're IC :P This goes for Rooms too.

will Identify an item before purchasing it. :)
[16] 03/20/05 Morph lasts longer. Morph has a random down time
between 12-24 ticks now, instead of just 24 ticks.
Morph also has a fluxuating bonus that it adds to
spells, ranging from +25% to +75% instead of a fixed
rate.

[18] 04/14/05 New Random items added: Loot Kit Items. More Details
later.
[19] 04/15/05 Upped the chance of "Other" Random items on mobs such
as skill chains, etc.
[20] 04/19/05 Added a 'cluetalk' channel. This defaults ON.
Informants will announce their locations now.
[21] 04/20/05 Began a small change with Airship Travel. Fees and
additional places will be added, as well as different
airship ports allowing travel to different places.
[22] 05/31/05 Adriana now restocks.
[23] 05/31/05 Auction bid increases are 10% now, not 10 gil.
[24] 06/07/05 Armor, Shield, Shell and Protect sorta do what they're
supposed to do now.

[31] 07/04/05 The Race Master has reopened the Chocobo Racing Track!
[32] 07/04/05 Mobs have gotten smarter in combat. Ph33r the mobs.
They're also (starting to) learn to converse with
players.
[33] 07/10/05 You'll notice things you do raise & lower deity Favor
now.
[34] 07/10/05 Materia can be added to Armor (Again) to prevent other
materia attacks - This will (in the future) also help
resists.

Dismantle are being changed. Marking Runes will now
have usage charges per cast, and other stuff.
[39] 08/15/05 There is no longer a quest limit after level 300.
[40] 08/22/05 Three new homelands have been added. Yaay. No, their
classes are not complete. Yaay .. Or something. 3

[42] 09/01/05 Sharpen has a new sexy effect and doesn't break
weapons anymore - although the effects are only
temporary now.

other spells and spell effects - Thanks to Ark's
persistance to get me to play WoW, we now have some
'Instant' spells - that is, spells that their effect
goes off 'per second'. Cast Regen and find out. :P

As usual, things will be tweaked - if you encounter
PROBLEMS, note Raum, Board 5. If you're going to
complain .. Pog Mo Thn :P

[46] 09/09/05 Experimenting with notes (Aside from Personal) will be
per account rather than per character.
[47] 09/10/05 Added 5 more Skill Chains. Wooty Woo. Find Adriana
or Random Mobs.
[48] 09/11/05 Materia Effects are changing. Poison Materia has been
temporarily disabled.
[49] 09/15/05 Moogle Charm has been slightly changed, as has
aggressive behavior. Moogle still protects 100% from
random mobs, but only 50% for agressives. Alternatly,
Invis & Sneak also protect (somewhat) from aggressive
mobs now, not just randoms anymore. Suicidal mobs
have not changed at all.

(unselectable) until the classes for them are

[53] 10/01/05 Magicite/Materia learned skills show up different in
your practice list. This includes most HOMELAND
skills, since your "class" doesn't normally get them.
[54] 10/02/05 The new Chemist skills are in. THEY ARE SUBJECT
TO TWEAKING, NERFING, BOOSTING, REVAMPING, ETC WITHOUT
NOTICE.
[55] 10/06/05 For more "Individual" names of spheres, some other
keywords have been added for their naming - they can
still eb addressed as "SPHERE", but you'll see
different "Types" of spheres now.

[58] 04/03/06 "Heal" has been updated to not require you to give
your money to your pet first :p Just add "Pet" To your
command: heal pet mana or heal pet light - The
healer will still charge you, however will assist your
pet instead.
[59] 04/17/06 IVC has been updated. It should work on all systems.
The MIDI Pack has also been updated. EVERY Area
currently has sound.
[60] 04/25/06 Due to the exploiting of Copyovers & Reboots with
Static Spawns, such as Chests, Logging in will send
you to the Castle. WTG Ass.
[61] 05/06/06 IVC Has been enabled again, pending further Bandwidth
testings.
[62] 05/10/06 Added Fletchspeed. Works the same as Brewspeed, just
for fletching.

[71] 10/20/06 Fixed the skillchain that was allowing certain people
to execute it on their own. Skillchains are a GROUP
effort. No skillchain should be doable by a single
person. The said skill for Magma Flow has been
changed to what it was meant to originally be - a
skill, not a spell.
[72] 12/29/06 There are no more practices. You either have the
skill, or you do not. Note any problems on board 5.
[73] 01/05/07 No thanks to certain people who shall remain namless
(And I really mean no thanks at all), Chemists have
received an upgrade, pending their other changes. All
poisons will do a Minor Direct damage, in addition to
anything else they ALREADY do, and Mossfungus's pwoer
has been raised, but it's duration lowered. In
essence, the same amount of damage in a shorter time.
[74] 01/12/07 Added a few new prompt options, including HP & Mana
Bars, your AP Bar and a new Limit Bar that you can
color yourself. Woot.
[75] 01/21/07 Logging on during doubles will inform you now.
[76] 01/24/07 Mob stats have been adjusted to accomodate the new
systems. This means lower level mobs will be easier,
while higher level mobs will probably be a bit
tougher. In addition, mobs will now spawn with full
hps :P
[77] 01/25/07 AIEE! COSMETIC CHANGE!! Ftag now doesn't assign
teams until the game starts. Your team will show
AFTER you transfer into the ftag arena.
[78] 01/26/07 1) Poison & Acid Mats are sort of in again. You
don't need to exchange the ones you have. 2) You
will begin to find random materia around with stats on
it. They're a cross between old-style spheres and
new-style materia. 3) There will be a new materia
available from a quest master soon. (Yes Soon - Not
right this second, because I haven't copyovered yet
:P)
[79] 01/27/07 Blind has been changed, as promised. It now effects
how well you hit, how hard you hit, and how well you
cast.
[80] 01/27/07 Forgot to mention it in the last change. Drinks now
work the same as Food, just cept with mana.
[81] 02/03/07 The start of the class/stat changes are IN! Woot.
Notify the imms immediatly if there's an issue.
[82] 02/07/07 1) As stated by Ark, some Mateira changes have
gone in. THese changes are experimental and may
change in the future. 2) There is a new prompt
macro, %=. This will show your exp to level in a
bar form, like the HP bars and such.

[84] 02/13/07 The Conerian Casino will again take Sphers & Materia.
[85] 02/14/07 There's been some changes in Regen,
Hitroll/Faith/Brave and Crit calculating to further
base things on the new stat updates.

corrected. The numbers were transposed (12 -- 21)

[89] 02/21/07 Empower's non-usage in Combat has been corrected.
[90] 03/03/07 With the temporary removal of homeland skills, the
cost of Scrap Metal has been reduced.
[91] 03/04/07 The first portion of the Rune Knight changes are in.
No, there are not helpfiles for it yet.
[92] 03/07/07 Some of the new mana costs are in. In addition
*cheer* Regen rates have been increased. Both of
which may be adjusted. This is a trial run of things.

adjusted once again slightly. As stated previously,
these rates and costs may not be perminant, and may
change without notice.
[94] 03/09/07 Rescue's Hate Reduction/Transfer has been increased.
Pets generate more hate, and backrank generates less.

vs throws.

The deposit is refunded if a sale is made.

The first is a simple damage skill. The second is the
start of a complex set of skills that will grow with
the lancer, or something or another like that. Woot,
etc.
[ 4] 03/29/07 No, it's not a bug. You've never lost gil on death
until after level 50. New, however, is you will not
lose experience for dying until after level 100. In
addition, the amount of experience lost has been
decreased. Smite people in Ark's name for his
bidding.
[ 5] 03/29/07 Ghost form has also been removed, as since Corpses
haven't dropped in .... Like 4 years, it's not
necessary.

[ 7] 04/01/07 When casting a spell and your group leader wanders
off, you'll now cancel your spell and move with them.

assisting while throwing a potion as well.

[10] 04/02/07 Leap and Jump have been split.

[12] 04/19/07 Added NOTEPAD and STRIKE.
[13] 04/25/07 2 Cosmetic changes: GOSSIP was changed to Global
RP and the IC flag (incharacter command) will no
longer block channels - it Will, however, still leave
the flag, hopefully prompting more people to join in
more often.

metal, usable for ... OTHER things! *evil laughter*
[15] 04/29/07 Lights are no longer used. All current lights have
been changed into held items.
[16] 05/04/07 Added the use of Combos! Combos require a little bit

[17] 05/07/07 Small addition to Taunt: adding 'quiet' as the first
argument will suppress the confirmation message, but
still change your taunt.

reflect their effects to the new system.

1) Salamander's Progs were jacked due to the new

that. 4) Chemist Potions should now still heal
even if the regen effect is still on them. 5)
Combo Damage has been increased slightly.

than their masters. 2) The deposit for auctions
has been removed. 3) Auto Rescue for pets has
been returned. 4) If the 'Pets won't attack bug'
was caused by what players suspected, it should no
longer occur.
[23] 05/24/07 Made some changes in the way Tuning is achieved. More
classes can tune each item. Any 'tune' data you had
previously - throw out, cause it's probably wrong now.
[24] 05/24/07 Bond will work correctly now for Materia under level
50.
[25] 05/29/07 ALL shops with Study Scrolls have been changed and
updated - Two were removed, 4 were added. And there
are various magical books that will drop scrolls as
well. Yes, the annoying gypsy remains.
[26] 05/29/07 Some Changes have been made to Blue Mages! Check the
note on board 9 for details!
[27] 06/01/07 All of the Damage Messages have been adjusted, skewed
higher - This means that you'll need to do more damage
to see higher messages - The messages are also more
balanced out (less large gaps, less tiny gaps).
Again, You are NOT Dealing Less damage. You're still
dealing the same amount as you always were.
[28] 06/01/07 Lancet will now drain a little hp & mana, and transfer
it to the Blue mage - It does, however, take more AP
to use.
[29] 06/10/07 1) RK's 3rd limit changed names. 2) If you
haven't already noticed. You'll be automatically
marked AFK if you're idle too long. 3) Lancet has
changed from requiring you to be within a certain low
limit of the mob, to being a certain low limit of the
actual skill, so that lancet skills can be on mobs
higher than level 500ish.
[30] 06/11/07 1) Some additional lores have been added. 2)
A new spell shop has been added. Skeletal Mages rock.
3) A new spell shop was added because there are 4
more tier 4 & 5 spells. 4) Willie is a whore. I
guess this isnt' a new change, but it's best to
announce it to everyone.
[31] 06/13/07 1) The Gambler Limit 'Swindle' has changed to
allow for a range of damage, rather than a fixed
amount. 2) The Magitek Surgeon has a new
procedure for Legends. 3) The Surgeon has
rethought the amount his bonding will do - it has been
increased SLIGHTLY (Understand that that the bonus
depends on what's on the materia, and what level it
is! )
[32] 08/02/07 The first portion of the SK Skills have been added.
[33] 08/21/07 The purchasing of RPGear is now available. The
OOC (in game) effects of these items are not yet in.

[34] 09/05/07 A few small changes. 1) Berserk no longer has the
'OMFG! YOU'RE BERSERK! YOU CANT OD THAT! ' effect.
2) Some low level Chemist potions have had their
effects increased to assist at the lower end. 3)
There is a new command called INVITE. It
basically works the same as grouping would - Just in a
different order. You can only invite one person at a
time.
[35] 09/22/07 Gossip EMOTES have changed slightly. Your name
appears first as a tag regardless of what else you put
in the message - This eliminates the need for your
name to be in the actual post somewhere.

for more details.
[37] 10/07/07 Apparently I forgot to mention this. area
suggestion will give you areas suggested for your
level, based on the documented level range. It's not
perfect, but it will cut down the guess work.
[38] 10/23/07 Small change - Combo takes less 'Limit' to use, and
deals a little more damage.
[39] 10/29/07 There's been a small change to AutoRound show -
There's also a new Skill REady bar that shows with it
as well.
[40] 10/30/07 Change a previous limitation for the repeat SKILL (not
gembox) that was not allowing it to work for some of
the new tiered spells - raised the limitation.
[41] 11/01/07 The lovely exploit bug regarding Decay and Storage
boxes has been corrected. Bastards.
[42] 11/02/07 Due to the overwhelming amount of FAIL people have
with Synthesis, Siggy now transport's people for free.
In addition, the Al Bhed who run the shop have
graciously decided to lower the price on the crystals
they sell. No more fail for you.
[43] 11/02/07 Class Love. Lancers: 1 Skill. Rune Knight: 2 Skills.
Red Mage: 1 SKill, 3 Spells. Visit an old spell shop
to find the Red Mage love.
[44] 11/03/07 The first batch of small gambler changes have gone in.
1) Slot has changed. It is now a ... DOT ...
Thing. 2) All gambles have a 'failure' mode on
them now. Their AP has also been reduced. Their
levels have also been adjusted. As with all changes,
Though I shouldn't have to even SAY this anymore -
I'll change things more as I see fit. Deal with it.

[45] 11/06/07 Since more than one person has been asking about it -
Front/Back rank has been disabled since stances went
in. Yes, you could "change rank", but it did
absolutely nothing. The command itself has just been
removed.

skills are in. Account shared Quest Points are in.
[47] 11/19/07 CONVERT has been enabled - You can only convert QUEST
- It will take 100 Player QPs and convert them to 10
Account QPs.
[48] 11/19/07 Players will no longer whine and bitch about
something. If they have a suggestion, they'll make it
in a 'grown up' way. <--- It's in text. There's no
going back now.
[49] 11/26/07 A trial run of the new Materia/Revive/Spell Cap system
is in. Once a completed system is decided on, your
magicite learned spells will convert to materia.
Submit feedback via notes or on the forum post
regarding this.
[50] 2007 Some new bard skills, and the new singing system have
been added. Things will probably change.
[51] 01/09/08 The auto delay for potion quaffing has been removed,
and the old 'Round Loss' for quaffing was also
removed, due to the new combat system. You also no
longer spill potions in combat.
[52] 01/14/08 Pet affects (paff) now show Pulse/Instant/Round
spells.

[56] 01/17/08 New Prompt Variable - '%G'.
[57] 01/22/08 As suggested and requested multiple times, Disarm's
behavior has changed. It now hits you with a flag in
which you're "disarmed" during it's effect. Your
weapon will automatically "re-equip" when it's
duration has ended. Obviously, things that require
weapons will not work while disarmed.
[58] 02/01/08 Forgot to mention, apparently - In places such as
Sh'lazt, You no longer need to order your pet to issue
the command to make it transfer rooms (jump moat,
etc). Your pet will automatically come with you when
you initiate it yourself.

[60] 02/05/08 Rune Knight Changes: 1) Release damage has
been REDUCED. You'll live. 2) The level of

now have an aura cast while under the effects of an
absorb. 4) Auras can be 'UTTERED' now. 5)
There is a new skill called 'AURA BURN'. This
skill releases an aura in raw form, dealing raw
elemental damage to a foe. 6) Rune Knights are
the first class to receive the skill 'X-Cut'.

[67] 02/13/08 Since apparently the above message was too difficult
to understand, the MAteria are in a homeland quest
master. Go find it.
[ 3] 03/26/08 Reflect and Reflect2 ('weak reflect') are now Instant
spells - that is they are on the round timer, not the
tick timer. As such, their duration is shorter. In
addition, reflect 2 will now just dissipate the spell,
not directly reflect it back.
[ 4] 04/03/08 A new type of quest from questmasters has been put in.
Everyone go flock to a master. This is the first of
a few additional types.
[ 5] 04/03/08 OMG COSMETIC CHANGE!!!!! When sending a tell, if your
recipient is fighting, it will inform you.
[ 6] 04/05/08 The fact that sword knights no longer have, nor can
they use 'Special' is not a bug. The skill was
changed to 'Tech'. Checking your skill list will show
the change. "Special" was a remnant from the old
warrior system, and was obsolete.
[ 7] 04/05/08 Several quest functions have been changed for multiple
reasons that I don't have the time, nor patience to
explain. In short, quest times are shorter, quest
reward lows are lower, and highs are higher - all
subject to further changing without any notification.
For Example, Lukhan's low is now 41. 5 qps. His high
is now 100. 5.
[ 8] 04/11/08 A small few of the new Dragoon Skills have been
introduced, along with a new ability counter for
Dragoons only - Like Battleragers, it will share the
%G prompt to view.
[ 9] 04/11/08 The very first tier of Upgraded Quest items have
entered the game. ONLY Quest EQUIPMENT (Not
Relics) have their upgrades in. Upgrade cost is
Approximatly 66% of the original price for the first
upgrade. If you are not a high enough level, you
cannot make the exchange. You CAN NOT sell
upgrades at this time.
[10] 04/12/08 1) Materia weapons have received more
randomization, as some people cheating the system to
learn things are lame. 2) Changing equipment in
battle will now properly delay your actions. 3)
Added Anti-Flags for the new "Warrior" Classes. Look
for them. 4) Fixed the incorrect "You cannot use
theis item" messages found on some equipment with
old Anti-Alignment flags.
[11] 04/14/08 The gambling machine will take spheres for a lower
price now - it also checks for the correct price as
well.
[12] 04/21/08 Socials and Roleplay points are now account-wide. Yay
for you. If you're reading this as it's posted, Quit
and re-enter first.
[13] 04/22/08 Some spell effects will now persist through death.
The most notable of which are the "Event Token"
potions from the Vending machine.
[14] 04/22/08 Due to a small error on my part you may have to remove
and re-wear your instant spell items (Cure Ring, Focus
Stone) to get the effect after logging in if you
logged in between last night and now.
[15] 04/24/08 AIEEE!! COSMETIC!!!!! 'Deposit All' now works.
[16] 04/25/08 Some Random Encounters will spawn "elite", harder than
average mobs for your fun and enjoyment. While the
loot these mobs drop is not any worse or better than
current "random" loot, they will always have at least
1 piece, and up to 4.
[17] 04/25/08 Attackspell is now a "skill". This is mainly to make
sure people KNOW it's there (much like strike).
[18] 04/28/08 New Command: RPGear Convert - This will provide
you an Event Prize Token in exchange for 15 RPP.

[19] 05/01/08 Due to people abusing the fact, You can no longer quit
out of no_recall rooms. Quit trying to cheat the

[20] 05/01/08 Added a new Mini-Game - Whack-A-Troll. Help Troll
will give details! Watch for a game near you to

[21] 05/03/08 A small new command cause you people spam recall way
too much. NOPET will gag out pets that are not
your own when you look.
[22] 05/05/08 You will now see your pet STANDARD (not instant)
effects wear off. It will show "A red chocobo: Your
rage dies. ", or whatever your pet's name is, etc.
[23] 05/15/08 New Feature: "AutoAttack" - Will turn off
automatic melee attacking. Manual attacking uses the
"RoundAttack" command. You'll want to get used to
it. >:) As always, Report any oddities or die a

[24] 05/15/08 New Feature: "Engage" - Will allow you to engage
and/or switch your combat target when fighting
multiple things. As always, Report any oddities or be

[25] 05/15/08 New Feature: "Ready" - Will declare yourself
'Ready' in a duel to start it immediatly, if both
participants are willing. As always, Report any
oddities or Nai will come visit your house for 3
weeks.
[26] 05/16/08 New Feature: "RPGear Title" - Will set a whotitle
for yourself in exchange for 25 RPP. Typing the
command with no arguments will explain. As stated in
the command, inappropriate titles will be removed, and
no refunds will be provided for any reason. As

[27] 05/17/08 System Upgrade: The Hate system has been revised.
It should work better and more efficient now. As

[28] 05/18/08 New Feature: When dying, any spell equipment remains
on you - you will no longer need to re-wear it. As
always, report any oddities, or suffer the wrath of
the Sag Nigga Wut.
[29] 05/20/08 Class Change: Thieves have received a minor change
to Envenom - As such, you will notice the level
changed, and two new skills to accompany it with more

[30] 05/20/08 New AWESOME Feature: Dynamic Spell Mechanics have been
created. While this means little to you, believe me.
It is 100% genuine awesomesauce.
[31] 05/20/08 New Skill: 'Minor Swordknight Module' for
Engineers. Enjoy.
[32] 05/20/08 New Feature: Item Cooldowns - Some items will now
have a cooldown attached, limiting the amount of times
you can use it. Looking at an item which is on
cooldown will show you how much time is remaining
before it can be used again. As always, report any

cast by a higher level source, will replace current
spells on. As of this writing, ONLY Bless has this
effect. Others will follow. As always, report any
oddities or be consumed in the fiery inferno of
Kylanna's wrath.
[ 4] 06/01/08 Spell Change: Some offensive spells have had their
damage adjusted - Some have gone up, others have gone
down.
[ 5] 06/04/08 Bug Fix: Several Lores that were doing inaccurate
damage types have been corrected.
[ 6] 06/09/08 Class Adjustment: Dragoon's pact using skills have
been slightly changed. Using them will tire your
companion out. Wearing it out too greatly will cause
it to retreat to rest. The more rested your companion
is, the greater effect pact skills will be - likewise,
the weaker your companion, the lower the effect.
[ 7] 06/10/08 Synthesis Weapons: Synth weapons can now be
discharged and recharged. See the note for a full
explanation.
[ 8] 06/12/08 Feature Adjustment - Synthesis Discharge:
Discharge will now deal a massive amount of damage to
your enemies, if you're in combat. In addition, while
contaminated, you run the 'risk' of contaminating
further enemies.
[ 9] 06/13/08 Feature Change: Elite Randoms can now drop better
than average stuff ... And more of it.
[10] 06/13/08 Combat Change: Armor Mitigation is in. WTF IS
ARMOR MITIGATION!? It means the higher your armor
is, the more natural damage reduction from physical
attacks you have. It may or may not be adjusted
and/or removed.
[11] 06/16/08 Synthesis: Rumor has it that new synthesis
information has been located. Sources credit it as
Lukhan's discovery.
[12] 06/18/08 Skill Adjustment: The 'Stun' skill has been
retrofitted with some new features that have been made
available since it was originally created.
[13] 06/18/08 Bug Fix: Several bugs regarding two-handed weapons
that have only JUST been reported have been corrected.
[14] 06/21/08 WebPage Design: Added PHP Formatting (Go Me! ) to
all the logs. They should be much easier to read now.
[15] 06/24/08 Mechanics Change: AP Regen has been changed
slightly depending on what you're doing. It has been
lowered slightly for during combat to 4. Sitting,
Resting, or Sleeping will increase your AP gain.
[16] 06/28/08 Bug Fix: More two-handed weapon bugs, oversights
and exploits have been corrected.
[17] 07/02/08 Relic Change: The post was forgotten. Yes, the
Genji Glove now works on a percentage base, as every
other relic in the game always has. Since it was the
only relic that did not, it was changed.
[18] 07/13/08 The original summons have been removed, and the first
of several new Aeons have been added.
[19] 07/14/08 The second of the new summons has been introduced into
the game.
[20] 07/18/08 A new aeon has been added to the summoner's
repertoire.
[21] 07/18/08 For those of you who haven't noticed - It is not a bug
- Commands are % based now, not base mana.
[22] 07/20/08 Players will now automatically receive all spells up
to a certain point without requiring study scrolls.
[23] 07/24/08 Bug Fix: Since someone actually informed me of it
and was around long enough to explain, the bug with
magicite weapon recharging has been corrected.
[24] 07/28/08 Welcome to Solace. Enjoy. Use ZONE to access
zone now.
[25] 07/28/08 Speedwalking, or Following through the overworld no
longer displays the map on each step.
[26] 07/30/08 The intended changes for Elementalists are out. The
first set of their new skills are in. Yay Ark.
[27] 07/31/08 Bug Fix: A temporary addition has been added to
the quest time length. The reward for speedy quests
has been slightly lowered.
[28] 07/31/08 New Feature: Using "Scan" on the Over/Underworld
will show you a larger map than "look".
[29] 10/06/08 1) The 'poison' spell has been globally replaced
with the Chemist's 'weak poison' spell. 2) Quest
wait times have been reduced, or removed. 3) For
those who haven't noticed, many skills have been
converted from the 'Tick' timer to Round timer. All
effects will be converted in time. 4) Several
Brager and SKnight skills that were erroneously
stacking have been corrected and will no longer stack.
5) Several new features have been added to AQs,
and several new AQs have been added with many more
being created *POKE DEVELOPERS* as we speak.
[30] 10/13/08 AQs that you cannot do - because you've completed, or
are not in the right range of them - will no longer
show for you.
[31] 10/24/08 The engines of all Airships have been retrofitted with
new impulse engines, increasing their speed.
Unfortunately the sea ships did not have engines ...
So we've ... Acquired several volunteers to begin
rowing faster than sails alone would take them.
[32] 10/25/08 The mechanic for Elementalists have been slightly
changed. You may now awaken and conjure your skills.

[33] 10/26/08 As some of you have seen already, another element has
been released for Elementalists. Like the previous
element, you must Invoke/Awaken one before you see any
Evokes/Conjures.
[34] 10/31/08 Double Bonuses and Groups will now carry over through copyovers.
[35] 11/04/08 To help increase our numbers, the more players on now directly
effects how much QPs you get and XP you get. The more players,
the higher bonus percentage you'll receive. :)
[36] 11/05/08 The Global Player Bonus (GPB) has been increased (possibly
temporarily) per player.
[37] 11/10/08 Validation of Background and Description is only required for
Roleplaying. The level limitations have been removed.
Unvalidated players are unable to use any Global RP channels.
[38] 11/13/08 The first batch of updated White Mage skills have been
introduced. They should all have passable, although maybe not
super detailed, help files. There are several more skills that
they already "have", however they require Study Scrolls that
have not yet been made.
[39] 11/26/08 The GPB system has been slightly modified. There are more
things it effects now, but only 2 things at a time. Every few
hours, the system will reroll what's currently effected. Things
effected range from Gil per Kill to XP lost per death. Gamestat
will now show the current GPB modifier, and which GPBs are
active.
[40] 11/26/08 To promote roleplaying, in addition to RPP, players can now
gain Experience from RP! Without too many details, it will
basically work like this: RPP Earned * 1-5% of your required exp
- The higher your level, the less of a % you will get
(Approximately losing 1% every 100 levels). This EXP will be
bonused during RPP distribution to avoid people being cheating
little bastards. Also) More RPGear Bonuses are being added
over the next week or two.
[41] 12/02/08 At the request of a new player, a new command "COMPASS" has
been added - In short, it's just another way of displaying
exits. There is currently no way of adding it to your exits, or
prompt.
[42] 12/03/08 New Skill: 'Provoke' - Taunts a mob into attacking only the
player who provokes for several rounds, regardless of current
threat situations.
[43] 12/04/08 Feature Change: The monetary requirement for Magi-Tek
Surgery have been reduced considerably.
[44] 12/09/08 Bards! Bards! Bards! 1) A bug involving song upkeep
lowering the level to around 2 has been corrected, and will once
again be sung at the "correct" level. Had someone mentioned it
was broken, it would have been fixed months ago when it
occurred. 2) A new skill, 'Song Twisting' has been devised.
Using it, a bard can TWIST two songs at once. See the
helpfile for more details.
[45] 12/09/08 Two more minor bard changes: 1) Song upkeep has been lowered
slightly 2) Songs have been added as actual skills in your
practice list.
[46] 12/13/08 The Ships have changed slightly in the way they work. You now
'board' and 'exit' them. These two commands are noted when you
can exit, or board a ship to help. Ships will show where they
are headed to as well.
[47] 12/14/08 At the request of several people, There is now a redemption gift
of Account Quest Points. The cost they suggested was rather
high, so it's been lowered.
[48] 12/16/08 The majority of Blue Mage Lores are now in game. The Wiki and
Helpfiles will be updated soon.
[49] 12/22/08 1) Gossip Show is back. It's not very pretty, but it pulls
it directly from the file now, so copyovers/crashes will not
reset it. 2) Speaking of Gossip - Logs will now
automatically swap months. :P 3) Casting now adds a little
thing to your prompt informing you that you're casting, and
roughly how long is left on it. Enjoy.
[50] 12/23/08 In addition to the identify change, provided I didn't break
something, Identified items will be stored for "free"
identification of new ones. That is, if you get a Barbarian
Sword and Identify it - Any new Barbarian Swords you get you can
Identify for no shard. No, it does not identify automatically
at this time. It may in the future.
[51] 12/23/08 ** The way Quests Done (AQ) were saved has changed.
Unfortunately(? ) previously "done" Quests are now no longer
done, and you can do it again for more QP/Gil rewards. Also, if
someone has a quest that you can do, it shows [Q] - But now
if you CANNOT do it, it now shows [Q]. If it is done, it
will now show [Q]
[52] 12/24/08 Fixed Identify to correctly "Free" id things you've already
seen. Examine will now 'auto ID' if you've ID'd it in the past.
[53] 12/30/08 Stats have been readjusted across the board for all classes,
based on both what they have become, and what they will become.
The good news is that stats can be seamlessly adjusted from now
on. No more gear removal. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Stat Gains now
occur every TEN (10) levels instead of every five! The gains
have been readjusted (mostly higher) to reflect this. It allows
for better diversity with stats per class.
[54] 12/31/08 Summoner Mana costs have changed. Instead of being a pure %
Base, they are now percentage AND base cost. The original
percentage cost has been lowered, however. The actual summons
themselves have gone down as well.
