Bandage

Syntax: bandage <item> <character>

This ability allows a person to apply, or at least attempt to apply, a bandage to either themselves, or another, in the hopes to stop bleeding, and effectively heal their victi... friends.

While most bandages are crafted by plain cloth cut into strips, there have been rumors of magically created bandages that will bestow special abilities to those who receive the treatments. There have also been rumors of bandages meant to be more ... harmful than helpful.
