Syntax: aim <arrow> <victim>
Syntax: fletch <spell>

This skill allows a White Mage to fire specially made arrows at their victim. While most arrows just do plain damage, there have been rumors of some casting magical spells as well.

Fletching will make arrows enchanted with the spell used. The spell must be known, else failure is a given.
