Adventurer's Academy

The Adventurer's Academy is a school of advanced learning for adventurers. While the Tower of Training offers basic knowledge about things in the world of Ivalice, The Adventurer's Academy offers special education to help adventurers of all kinds excel in what they do. The Adventurer's Academy is unbiased, so people of all races, creeds, and classes may attend the school and sharpen their skills.

Easy Money At Low Levels

One way to make easy money when you are a lowbie is to use the auction system. A lot of players like to use this to unload eq they don't need, and some of it can be rather expensive. Many don't care about the money, so there are times when an expensive piece of eq goes for 10 gil (the minimum bidding price). Always check auctioned items with auc id #, where # is the item's auction number. Pay attention to how much the item is being auctioned at, and compare it to its selling price. If there is a decent gain to be made, by all means bid on the item. Then a simple trip to a nearby store is all it takes, and you've got extra gil with barely any effort.
